Csákvár city wastewater treatment plant

730 m3/d (180 m3/h) municipal sewage treatment plant with full mechanical treatment, two-line A2O technology (continuous technology with anaerobic, anoxic and aeration zones), sludge line and sludge dewatering.

Csákvár university technology:

  • Grate filtration, sand capture, grease capture (combi pre-mechanics)
  • Stormwater buffering and continuous delivery
  • Biological cleaning line with A2O technology
  • Continuous disinfection with UV.
  • Sludge dewatering (screw press)
  • Odor extraction, odor treatment (biofilter)

Main parameters of the colony

  • 730 m3/d raw sewage capacity
  • 394 kg/d BOI5 capacity (6566 LE)
  • Hour dry times max. load: 60 m3/h
  • Hourly rainwater this year max. load: 180 m3/h

The recipient of the treated wastewater is approx. We lead it to a local watercourse (stream) 5 km away. Commissioning and trial operation proved that the chosen technology can meet the requirements even in case of heavy rains and fluctuations in the hydraulic wastewater load (despite periodic exceeding of the designed loads).
