The technical handover of the new tapolca wastewater treatment plant has been completed
After the successfully completed six-month trial operation, the technical handover of the new Tapolca wastewater treatment plant took place on 05.06.2019. As a subcontractor of Colas-Alterra Zrt., in addition to the general design tasks, our company was responsible for the technological mechanical, electrical and control engineering construction works, and we were also responsible for managing the trial plant. The wastewater treatment plant in Tapolca is already the fourth facility operating with ContiSeq® purification technology in Hungary, after the plants in Kistelek, Kazincbarcika and Siófok. In this case, during the trial operation, it was proven that the cleaning technology can permanently meet the extremely strict quality requirements of the treated wastewater typical of the Balaton receiver.
